Residential design
Our talented team of Engineers & consultants provide full design services on a variety of project types including mixed-use, multifamily, retail, and corporate to tenant improvement projects. Our comprehensive services include exterior and interior finish selections, Revit /AutoCAD construction documents, 3D renderings and furniture merchandising and procurement to name a few. WWH Residential studio is located on north point pkwy,Alpharetta,GA and takes pride in serving our clients.
Decor Solutions
Our consultants work with trusted manufacturers from initial concept to final product to build pieces that bring a one-of-a-kind stamp to a project. WWH is supported by our Crosby Design Group & Pineapple Interiors Atl for our residential studio and their clients. The design & selection process led by a professional team of designers who understand the intricacies involved in material & appliance selection, procurement and management. The consultant team works alongside the builder to source material & appliances that aligns with the design intent to create a one of a kind interior.
Our Process
SCHEMATIC
Initial discussions with client to determine project goals, budgets, spatial adjacencies, demographics and any other pertinent design parameters desired by the team. Services include: Project Kick Off/Initial Design Meeting, Design Survey, Review & Confirm Client Budget, Create Design Milestone & Coordination Schedule. Further development of the programming information into a concept presentation format to elicit client feedback and engage client in the design process.

Title: Project Engineer (Construction)
Duties: Work under supervision of licensed Architect/Engineer to design, build commercial and residential developments; involve in conceptual design, documentation, budgeting, estimating, purchasing and procurements, etc; evaluate the reports, plans, soil tests, and compositions, other topographical and geological data, surveying to plan developments; provide technical support to Project Managers in Planning, obtaining land disturbance permit, building permits, budgeting, and execution; research and review deeds, ordinances, technical reports and also municipal, state and federal codes to ensure compliance with the vertical construction; obtain building permits and coordinate with various government; participate in design reviews, marketing meetings and site surveys for all subdivisions; utilize Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Project.
Requirements: MS in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction or Closely Related
Location: Alpharetta, GA.
Full time. Travel to worksites in Metro Atlanta.
